Caring from reception and doctors
I was taken ill at work and called and explained that I thought I may need a nebuliser. I was told to come straight away and I would be slotted in with a doctor. True to their word I was. The reception staff and doctors have looked after me so well with my recent health dramas and are so kind and caring. In financially restricted times in the NHS I realise that all the boxes have to be ticked and processes gone through and that I am being looked after well for which I am very grateful for. Selsdon Park you do a marvellous job keep it up. Thank you for looking up me and my family

Thank you
Thankyou to all involved helping my daughter on the 12/11/18 My daughter was very poorly and we were offered a quiet room by the nurse until our appointment. The doctor who examined my daughter was very thorough and as a result was sent to hospital where she needed to be for further tests. Thank you all very much!

Excellent GP surgery
As a family, we don't use the GP surgery very often as we self manage minor illnesses and have been fortunate not to have any serious conditons. However, on the occasion when we required medical care, Selsdon Park medical practice was very good to us. My 14 year old daughter had abdominal pains in October and was seen by a GP on the same morning that I called for an emergency appointment. The reception staff listened to my concerns and were very helpful. Unfortunately her scan showed a serious abnormality and the result was sent to the practice immediately. That afternoon I received a call from the GP and she was referred to the paediatrician and assessed in hospital the following day. Since then she has had surgery at Croydon University hospital and is recovering. As someone who works in the NHS and understands the pressures that it is under, with limited resources and difficulty recruiting staff, I am very impressed with the surgery and the prompt action taken, which has enabled my daughter to access urgent treatment when it was required.
