How to See a Doctor
Reception is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
The telephones will be on answerphone between 1.00 - 3.00pm weekdays. Please telephone reception to make an appointment.
Appointments
All consultations are by appointment; each routine appointment lasts 10 minutes. Please keep one appointment for one person and try to keep to time during the consultation, otherwise subsequent patients will get very delayed.
A number of appointments are released on a daily basis for morning surgeries. For these ‘book on the day’ appointments, we cannot guarantee which healthcare professional patients will see.
GP Appointments after 6.30pm and Saturdays
The surgery is able to offer patients appointments
Our patients can have a telephone consultation with a clinician every Friday night from 18:30-19:30 if they need to seek urgent medical advice and the surgery is closed, please note this service is run by the GP Collaborative and not Selsdon Park Medical Practice. We are also able to book our patients into appointments at Woodcote medical Centre Purley on a Saturday. There is a mixture of face to face, telephone and nursing appointments available for our patients. These appointments start at 08:00 and end at various times throughout the day. These appointments can be made the receptionist at Selsdon Park.
Enhanced Access Appointments
These are GP and nurse appointments available on a Friday evening and are telephone only and Saturday face to face and telephone, located at Woodcote Medical, please ask our receptionist to book you an appointment.

- Free parking is available in the patient car park which can be accessed via Plough Lane
- Free parking is also available on Foxley Lane and on Plough Lane (apart from between 1pm and 2pm when the council’s parking restrictions apply)
